Parrot in Dandenong National Park – Australia

I don’t always post pictures of wildlife, but when I do it, it has some amazing bokeh! I captured this shot of a crimson rosella parrot using the Zeiss 50mm (manual focus only) at F/1.4, which I think has the best bokeh of any lens.

Castle Hill – New Zealand

Head West from Christchurch along route 73 towards Arthur’s Pass and you will drive through the heart of this rock climbing mecca. Monica and I arrived later in the day, and stayed long enough to enjoy the surreal sunset offered by the unique rock formations of Castle Hill.
